Using user macros in the context of projectdoc.
The projectdoc Toolbox allows to access projectdoc domain objects for user macros via the Velocity Context Module. The API allows to have read access to documents and properties.

Bookmarklets and the Web API Extension
An alternative way to add functions is via bookmarklets. Bookmarklets are scripts witten in JavaScript that use the projectdoc Web API to add actions to the user's browser as bookmarks. Instead of a URL the bookmark maps a name to a JavaScript script.
