The property is only used as a default if there is no value set in a less prominent place. This property control applies only to space properties and especially to the user space.

Description

The typical use case for this control: you want to set a space property in your user space that is only activated, if the property is not set within the current space (or its delegate spaces). Use this to define homepages for your Subjects.
