After about year with separate website and public wiki server we are now pleased to announce that the two information systems are now run with the same technology, on the same server!
We are working with Atlassian Confluence and Brikit Theme Press. While Confluence allows us to work with the same tool to organize our intranet and public website, Theme Press allows us to make them look modern and – just great!
We also reorganized the structure of our projectdoc documentation.

- On projectdoc for Confluence V1 you find information on how to install and use macros and blueprints provided by the add-on - the online manual.
Our open source projects are currently on the move to our new website. Some have already made it to their new home

We are constantly tweaking the design, our menus, and will need to optimize running our blog and the integration of social media, but the transition from our old systems to our new was comparable simple thanks to Theme Press.
You may notice that this new site is hosted on smartics.eu, while our old site has been hosted on smartics.de. The old blog will still be online for a couple of weeks. All requests to smartics.de will then be redirected to smartics.eu.
We hope that our visitors will now find it much easier to find the information they are looking for!
