I added the plugin to the build section, but the build.properties do not show the SVN revision number.

If it is not the SVN URL, the SVN password may be wrong.

Please check the scm section. Your SCM URL is probably wrong. If you want to fail the build in this occasion, please use the failOnMissingRevision property.
