If you want to enhance your ability to find information in your wiki, one way is to add metadata to your documents. projectdoc provides the Document Properties Marker Macro to add properties to your documents. 
These properties will be added to the Lucene index and are therefore available not only to macros conducting searches (like the Display Table Macro), but also to run queries via search boxes.

Since properties are added to the Lucene Index, make sure that they do not contain confidential information since these will be exposed. This is no problem as long as the document itself is not accessible by the user that runs the query. But if a user has access to the document, but not to parts of the properties, an attacker my find ways to reveal the hidden information. |
