Target Milestone

In Bugzilla the Target Milestone is set to determine when an issue is planned to be implemented or a bug is fixed. If the issue is already solved, this property states the first released version that benefits from this change.

For Release Notes and Release Plan reports the Target Version property is crucial if you want to to list the issues of the current release only.

To use this property with your Bugzilla issue management system, activate the property usetargetmilestone. To do this in Bugzilla (version 3.2.2) go to Administration, select Parameters and then Bug Fields on the left menu.
