Sorting names and HTML Support Fix for the Display Properties Macro.

Today we released version 6.1.0 of the projectdoc Toolbox on the Atlassian Marketplace!

This is release provides one improvement and two fixes. Please refer to the List of Changes for details!

The projectdoc Toolbox is an add-on for Confluence supporting agile software development teams to collaborate on process, project, system, and product documentation.

There is one noteworthy new feature in this release.

Sorting Names in Name List Macros

This version allows to sort the names specified in the Name List Macro or any one if its cousins for tags, roles or with body support, to sort the names before they are rendered. This allows for a normalized rendering of names, either alphabetical ascending or descending.

Per default the names are still rendered in the order they are entered.

In case users want to sort the names, they would no longer need to sort them manually. Note that the order of the names in the page is not altered. Only the representation of the names when the page is viewed.

Installation Instructions

Install the projectdoc Toolbox to your Confluence instance. There are no additional steps necessary.

There is only one artifact for deployment on Server and Data Center versions of Confluence.

List of Changes

The following changes are part of version 6.1.0 of the projectdoc Toolbox for Confluence.

PDAC-1735	Index Access Panel not rendered	For the Index Entries Table Macro the Index Access Panel is not rendered when selected.
PDAC-1734	Support HTML for Display Properties Macro	Allow to use HTML tags in the Display Properties Macro. The allowed tags must be defined by a whitelist to prevent HTML injection. This should work with version 5.0.6, but apparently it does not.
PDAC-1733	Sort Names in Name List Macros	Provide a parameter to the name list macros to sort the entered names. This allows users to add names in any order, but get them rendered in a sorted manner. The default is 'none' since the names should be rendered in the order provided by the user. The options for sorting are ascending and descending. More sort options may follow if required.
PDAC-1736	Position of Chevron Icon in Macro Chrome	When copying sections within sections, the chevron macro's position is calculated wrongly. Instead of rendering on the top-left, it is rendered on the top-right.
