A space property to control the location of the homepage of a given subject. Use the name of the subject to define the space property name. The value is a link to the page to store documents associated with the specified subject. Only available for versions prior to 2.0.
Since 2.0
This feature is no longer available in the projectdoc Toolbox version 2.0.
The reason for this is that the documents will no longer be relocated during saving. The feature that sends the document to its homepage will just suggest the location at the time the wizard opens the editor.
Future versions may allow to set the subject in the wizard so that this information can be used for making the suggestion.
Controls the location of the homepage of a given subject. Use the name of the subject as part of the key. The value is a link to the page to store documents associated with the specified subject.
This selection is activated via the document wizard. Select the "Send to Homepage" checkbox to save the new page to the defined homepage.
If you have a subject "Todo" and you want to send all documents that reference this subject with their Subject, to a page called "My Todos" in your home space, then add the following space property to your home space:
projectdoc.subject.Todo.home
As value add a link to the page "My Todos".
Whenever you create a new document (any doctype) and check the "Send to Homepage" box, the new page will be added as a child to the "My Todos" page after you saved it.
