The commercial app, the projectdoc Toolbox, provides enhances versions of these macros that take advantage of features provided by the projectdoc Toolbox. The versions of the macros provided by this app are not limited in any other way.

How do projectdoc features support the macros?

The Definition List Macro that is part of the projectdoc Toolbox can be configured on a space level so that the configuration options do not have to be edited on macro level every time the macro is used. Thew projectdoc Toolbox provides means to define space wide properties that are even propagated to other spaces. So in a hierarchy of spaces, the configuration of all definition lists is in one place.
The Transclusion Macro uses the Section Macro to transclude content. The Transclusion Macro is not part of the free macros.

The Project Documentation Macros are usable on Confluence wikis independent of the projectdoc Toolbox.

The version for Confluence Server is available for free until February 15th, 2024. After this date Confluence is only available in the version for Data Center.
