Fixes Issue with Parent Property

Today we released version 6.2.7 of the projectdoc Toolbox on the Atlassian Marketplace!

The projectdoc Toolbox is an add-on for Confluence supporting agile software development teams to collaborate on process, project, system, and product documentation.

Parent Property

The Parent Property refers to the superordinate document. Typically (and recommended) this is the parent Confluence page, it it matches the expected document type.

In case there is an link that points, for instance to user, the previous version assumed that this actually was a link to itself. With PDAC-1779 - Getting issue details... STATUS this new version fixes the issues where the link has been falsely identified to be a local link and the issue where the link was de-referenced despite the fact that it pointed to the same document.

Installation Instructions

Install the projectdoc Toolbox to your Confluence instance. There are no additional steps necessary.

There is only one artifact for deployment on Server and Data Center versions of Confluence.

Update the projectdoc Toolbox on your Confluence instance. There are no additional steps necessary.

Self Reference Detection fails on Parent Property

The artificial properties extractor fails if the document property with name Parent is a Confluence link to itself or a link to a user.

The extractor will loop to find the parent indefinitely.
