Fix for section numbering on Firefox.

Today we released version 5.1.1 of the projectdoc Toolbox.
This is release provides a bugfix for section numbering experienced when pages are viewed in Firefox.
The numbering failed to reset when the previous section level incremented. So instead of 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, ... Firefox rendered 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 2.3, ...
