Major Description
Currently the Wiki Link Macro renders the label in plain text if the page the link is referring to does not exist.
We would like to make it easier for users to create new pages by clicking on the link. Since projectdoc uses templates heavily, we need to associate the name of the blueprint to refer to.
A user that clicks on the link when the page does not exist, will be confronted with the new page wizard.
