Add Page Properties with Prefix to remove them

On storing a page the page properties from the projectdoc properties table are also stored as Confluence page properties. To control the properties we have to update/remove, we prefix them with "de.smartics.projectdoc".

If there is a property whose name we cannot change, we add an additional property to signal that we control this property also: "de.smartics.projectdoc.control".
