Consider Page Properties and Macro Parameters in Macro Context

Not only User and Space Properties are relevant to consider, but also Page Properties (which includes the parent pages) and the Macro Parameters should have a distinct override semantic.

user -> macro -> page -> parent page -> space -> add-on

We probably also need macros to define that their value does not override the other properties.
