Define default Locations for Doctypes with a Template

Allow new pages to be sent to default locations according to doctypes.

There is already a mechanism to define a default location for a doctype in a space we use for our DevDiary-Add-on. But we need to allow to define the target page title with a template. This will allow to take context information (like the day or year) into account and make it much easier to store this information to a particular location.

We should also consider to allow to specify the space so that the system looks the target location up in the user's space properties and directs the new page even to another space (maybe make a separate issue for this?).
