Major Description
Allow to add an exclamation mark in front of a ID name to not transclude those sections. This allows to remove specific section if they where matched by a tag. Also allow to filter by adding an exclamation mark in front of a tag name. In this case a section selected by an ID may be rejected if it is tagged with that name.
If you add a '-' in front of a ID or tag name, the section will be transcluded, but the section title will be suppressed.
