Wiki-Link Macro requires Parameter to link to a Confluence Page

The Wiki-Link macro was designed to be used by template authors only. Therefore the page parameter usually holds the key to a label that is interpreted as the title of a page.

Now we have use cases there the Wiki-Link macro is also used by page authors. The page parameter value is not updated, when the page title changes (due to the type of string). We therefore need an additional parameter that may override the page parameter value. This new parameter is of type "Confluence Content".
