Documentation URL for sections are not cached

The URL which are defined in the space homepage point to JSON documents used for the help system. These JSON documente are not cached and therefore the system might slow down under heavy use of the documentation and unnecessary internet traffic is produced.

The JSON document should be cached in a confluence cache for each confluence space.
