Table Set Macro override Alignment

Allow the Select parameter of the Table Set Macro to override the alignment of columns.

If at least one alignment is specified, the styles of all columns are overridden.

An alternative approach to control the alignment is to set the styles in the first table. This cannot set styles in columns contributed by later tables. Users may add extra columns in the first table for columns contributed by later tables to set the styles.
