Creating Categorizing Documents

When adding a new name to a Name List Macro, users should more easily be able to create the new document in the right location.

Since this is not a use case for everyone, we require the space property  projectdoc.allowDocumentCreation.nameList to be set to true (which is the default).

Since not everyone uses projectdoc spaces, the system property de.smartics.projectdoc.deactivateDocumentCreation.nameList set to true deactivates this feature site-wide.
