Use Tage Body List for Subject and Tags in Event Doctype

To speed up the tagging process for an event document we should replace the tag list macro with the tag body list macro for the Subject and the Tags property.

This way users may add values for these properties directly without opening the macro editor.

The drawback is that the representation of the Name Body List Macro is much higher (in space). Therefore this might be an intermediate fix.
