Filtering Properties are not passed to the Build Session on Direct Packaging Calls

If a packaging plugin is called directly from within another plugin, the filtering properties are not passed to the Maven build session.

Manifest properties will not be replaced.

BMMP-98 is a workaround for this bug to add all properties to the Manifest file. Therefore the buildmetadata is added, but the unresolved placeholder problems sill remains.
