Build number should not be created by default

Due to the complications with the build number and the benefits provided by the revision number, the build number should no longer be provided by default.

The same goes with all information written to the POM. The POM is changed during the build and has to be checked in the SCM before the release. Since it was only written to the POM to store the build number, the writeToPom should now be false per default.
