Add svn revision number as build info

Instead of an arbitrary build number, the revision number of the svn should make it more clear which sources were used to build the artifact.

Since this will be the main build ID, the build number stored with the POM should be of minor importance and be disabled by default. Also, writing the information to the POM should be disabled by default.
