Add Maven Plugin Properties

Configuration parameters of mojos (such as the java target version of the Maven Compiler Plugin) may be interesting to be found in the metadata report.

This first step only needs to allow to grep simple properties (that is: properties with a simple value specified in the config element of a plugin).
