Template Support for Create-Page Macro

The Create-One-Page Macro allows to specify the title of the new page. This is not taken into account since it has not been available in Confluence prior to version 5.10 (or a later 5.9?).

We need to use the title property and forward it to the blueprint wizard for all templates.
