Major Description
It seems that the Display Table Macro fails to select on Tags where a tag is not documented with its own document type instance.
$<Tags> = [Documentation] AND $<Tags> = [Association]
Selects all for "Documentation" but none for Association, als long as the Association Tag Doctype instance is not created.
