Parent Name as Default for Name List Macro

Provide a parameter to the Name List Macro that allows to add the name of the parent in case the doctype of the parent matches one of the specified.

This allows template authors to allow their doctype to be added as child document or - when added to the doctype home page - allow to specify the names as normal.
