Minor Description
The description of check-configuration is a bit confusing since it references the folder instead of the configuration.
It also should make clear that two snapshots of the same version are assumed to be the same (that is 1.2.3-SNAPSHOT == 1.2.3-SNAPSHOT). This is not true for deployed artifacts that contain metadata to distinguish versions by their build time.
We could as an additional feature check if the folder actually contains artifacts which could provided that metadata and check with this. But we would have to move these out of the way before we download from the artifact server. I do not already see that this is a real use case.
