This add-on, based on the projectd= oc Toolbox, provides document types to define objectives and key results (OKRs) to focus energy by communicating a c= ommon goal for an organization or team.
The goal of this method is to define measurable goals within eager objec= tives and track their progress within a short period of time. Due to the al= ignment of energy synergy effects are more likely. It also helps individual= team members to focus on the next relevant objectives.
A wrap-up allows to le= arn from the progress or non-progress of the last iteration. Interims check-ins allow to keep track= ing progress within the current cycle.
On this website there are no resources to learn how to use OKRs effectiv= ely. It provides a tool to use OKRs with Confluence and the = projectdoc Toolbox. In Working with OKRs we show how these doctypes play together. You= would still need to define your OKR cycle that suits your company.
We recommend to read John Doerr's book Measure what Matters: OKRs = =E2=80=93 the Simple Idea That Drives 10=C3=97 Growth. You'll find mor= e information on this book on John Doerr's website What Matters.<= /p>
