Userscripts User

Allows to manage userscripts for their personal use (currently not implemented!).

Currently this role is only declarative and requires or provides no additional privileges.

A group named userscripts-users can be created to identify users that are actually using userscripts. This group is not created by default.

In future versions of this app this role will provide the privilege to add userscripts for personal use.
