Switch off disblocking property values per default.
Per default property values do not provide block elements. Since the editor may render div and p elements, the projectdoc Toolbox removes single top-level elements of these two types.
This system property switches off this default behavior, if it is set to true.
Example of Usage
The system property is for backward compatibility. Typically it is recommended to use the
is-block property control. With the control users can control the handling of the property value specifially.
