projectdoc Toolbox

An artificial property is a document property that is generated by the projectdoc Toolbox by default.

Artificial properties include metadata for a document such as the Page ID, the Creator, and the Creation Date. These properties are generated by the projectdoc Toolbox and added to the document automatically.

Subordinate Types

projectdoc Metadata Property
Artificial property that provides metadata on elements from the projectdoc domain. These properties are used to select documents that use specific names in their macros. Therefore these properties are typically used by authors and documentation gardeners to refactor elements of their technical communication.

Not all documented artificial properties are currently listed here. Some are found on Artificial Properties and will eventually migrate to here.
