projectdoc is a box of tools to create and maintain documentation collaboratively as a team. The manual for the projectdoc Toolbox provides documentation on how to use the macros and blueprints, and there are a number of introductory and detailed tutorials.

Today we announce that we published our first

to help potential and new users to envision what they can accomplish with the projectdoc Toolbox.

The list of use cases include:

Domain Crunching
Collect and maintain information relevant for your team, project, or organization collaboratively.
Glossary
To work with a domain everybody needs to use the terms unerringly. Create a glossary to create a common understanding of your domains.
Journals
You want to track your findings? Either with your team or individual? The projectdoc Toolbox supports teams to create project or team journals and individual team members to keep a professional diary.
Library
Create a library for your project. Reference books, podcasts, videos, and other resources that provide information on the topics relevant for your project.
Paperwork
Collaborate to create documents for your stakeholders as a team.
Software Architecture Documentation
Communicate the quality targets, context, and design drivers of your software architecture.

Some of the use cases point to step-by-step tutorials to help users to get started quickly and with less effort. But this is only a start! projectdoc is a toolbox to support teams creating documentation for their projects and products that match their requirements.

Feedback welcome!
